SHIPPING POLICY
Every piece is produced with intention and care. All orders are fulfilled through our trusted manufacturing partner, Tapstitch, using U.S.-based production to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery.
Order Processing
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines after production are as follows:

United States: 3–5 business days

International: 7–14 business days
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
U.S. Manufacturing
All Martha’s World products are manufactured and fulfilled in the United States through Tapstitch. This allows us to maintain high production standards, support domestic manufacturing, and deliver orders efficiently to our customers.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Martha’s World is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Martha’s World is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because items are produced on demand, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed. We encourage customers to review sizing, product details, and shipping information carefully prior to completing their purchase.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
